Jung-Ho Kang has been added to the Team Korea roster for the World Baseball Classic, this according to Jae-Ho Kim of MK Sports.
Kang will be playing in his second WBC. His first time was in 2013 when he still played in the KBO for the Nexen Heroes.
Prior to the 2015 season, the Pirates won the bidding rights to Kang and signed him to a four-year deal, which included a fifth year option. Since joining the Pirates, Kang has put up an OPS of .838 along with a 125 OPS+.
