Pirates Minor League Report 6/12

AAA: Indianapolis defeated Syracuse 5-4.

Trevor Williams pitched six innings, as he allowed four runs (two earned), walked one and had a pair of strikeouts. (86 pitches; 59 strikes) (5.40 ERA, 1.85 WHIP, 3.4 K/9)

Adam Frazier had a triple and two RBI’s. (.338 avg, .830 OPS) 

Max Moroff was 2-for-4 with an RBI, a walk and scored a run. (.235 avg, .711 OPS) 

Willy Garcia goes 2-for-3 with a double. (.270 avg, .704 OPS) 

Alen Hanson went 1-for-4 with a walk and stole his 15th base of the season. (.246 avg, .635 OPS) 

Josh Bell delivered a game-winning RBI double. (.308 avg, .886 OPS) 

 

AA: Reading defeated Altoona 2-1.

Cody Dickson threw five scoreless innings, issued three walks and struckout five. (89 pitches; 53 strikes) (3.34 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, 5.4 K/9) 

Harold Ramirez collected three hits and a walk. (.289 avg, .735 OPS) 

Austin Meadows went 1-for-4 with a double, as he extended his hitting streak to 21 games. (.310 avg, .957 OPS) 

Jin-De Jhang also goes 1-for-4. (.291 avg, .702 OPS) 

 

High A: Clearwater defeated Bradenton 4-1. 

Jonathan Brubaker threw five innings, giving up four runs, walking one and striking out four in his Marauders debut. (81 pitches; 51 strikes) (3.76 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, 10.9 K/9) 

Jordan Luplow was 1-for-3 with an RBI and a walk. (.230 avg, .709 OPS) 

Cole Tucker went 1-for-4. (.265 avg, .715 OPS) 

 

Low A: West Virginia defeated Columbia 5-2. 

Bret Helton allows just one run in five innings, walked three and struckout four. (3.75 ERA, 1.27 WHIP, 6.3 K/9)

Mitchell Tolman had a bases clearing double. (.269 avg, .727 OPS) 

Tito Polo hit his 11th home run of the year. (.310 avg, .942 OPS) 

Ke’Bryan Hayes was 2-for-4 with an RBI double. (.276 avg, .742 OPS)
