Pirates Minor League Report 5/27

AAA: Indianapolis defeated Pawtucket 4-2.

Tyler Glasnow gives up two runs in six innings, walking three and striking out six. (92 pitches; 53 strikes) (2.25 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, 11.1 K/9)

Adam Frazier was 2-for-3 with an RBI, two walks and stole a base. (.312 avg, .775 OPS)

Gift Ngoepe went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored. (.226 avg, .596 OPS)

Willy Garcia goes 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles and scored a run. (.245 avg, .659 OPS)

Pedro Florimon was 1-for-3 with an RBI, a walk and came around to score. (.263 avg, .659 OPS)


AA: Altoona defeated Bowie 6-1.

Cody Dickson pitched seven innings, allowing just one run, walked four and struckout three. (88 pitches; 48 strikes) (4.40 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, 5.4 K/9)

Stetson Allie hit his fourth home run of the year. (.218 avg, .697 OPS)

Harold Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a pair of RBI’s and scored two runs. (.302 avg, .781 OPS)

Austin Meadows was also 2-for-5 and had two doubles. (.233 avg, .689 OPS) 

Barrett Barnes goes 2-for-4 with a run scored. (.256 avg, .675 OPS)


High A

Game 1: Bradenton defeated St. Lucie 7-3. 

Colten Brewer allowed three runs (two earned) in five innings, walked two and had three strikeouts. (82 pitches; 55 strikes) (4.36 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, 8.8 K/9)

Michael Suchy was 2-for-3 with three RBI’s and a stolen base. (.241 avg, .688 OPS)

Elvis Escobar also goes 2-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored. (.248 avg, .645 OPS)

Kevin Kramer went 2-for-4 with an RBI double. (.299 avg, .742 OPS)

Jerrick Suiter was also 2-for-4 and drove in a run. (.259 avg, .628 OPS)


Game 2: Bradenton defeated St. Lucie 1-0. (Makeup game from May 4th)

Jose Regalado threw five scoreless innings, issued one walk and struckout three. (66 pitches; 41 strikes) (3.91 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, 6.7 K/9) 

Chase Simpson had an RBI double for the only run of the game. (.253 avg, .773 OPS)

Pablo Reyes went 2-for-3 with a double and scored. (.257 avg, .703 OPS)


Low A: West Virginia defeated Columbia 5-4 in 11 innings.

Logan Sendelbach pitches 5.2 innings, as he gave up four runs, walked a pair and fanned seven. (89 pitches; 56 strikes) (3.53 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, 5.6 K/9)

Carlos Munoz was 3-for-4 and drove in two runs. (.242 avg, .669 OPS)

Cole Tucker goes 2-for-6 with a double and scored twice. (.262 avg, .750 OPS) 

Ke’Bryan Hayes went 1-for-5 with an RBI. (.280 avg, .761 OPS) 

Tito Polo delivered a game-winning RBI double in the 11th. (.291 avg, .834 OPS)
