Pirates Minor League Report 5/8

AAA: Louisville defeated Indianapolis 5-4. 

Steven Brault didn’t allow a run in three innings before he left the game with an ankle injury while running down the first base line. (55 pitches; 35 strikes) (2.70 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, 12.0 K/9) 

Cole Figueroa went 3-for-5 and scored twice. (.385 avg, .938 OPS) 

Ed Easley also had three hits with a run scored. (.286 avg, .643 OPS) 

Jason Rogers goes 2-for-5 and drove in a pair of runs. (.347 avg, 1.020 OPS) 

 

AA: Altoona defeated Richmond 6-2. 

Frank Duncan pitched 5.2 innings, as he gave up one run, walked one and had two strikeouts. (72 pitches; 43 strikes) (1.31 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 8.9 K/9) 

Jose Osuna was 3-for-5 and hit his fifth home run of the season. (.272 avg, .781 OPS) 

Stetson Allie blasted his third homer of the year. (.259 avg, .804 OPS) 

Reese McGuire goes 2-for-4 with two RBI’s. (.217 avg, .617 OPS) 

Harold Ramirez went 2-for-5 with an RBI and scored a run. (.242 avg, .639 OPS) 

 

High A: Bradenton had a scheduled day off. 

 

Low A: Hagerstown defeated West Virginia.

Dario Agrazal allowed one run in five innings, walked a batter and struckout five. (71 pitches; 47 strikes) (3.60 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, 6.1 K/9) 

Tito Polo hit a two-run homer, his fourth of the season. (.281 avg, .837 OPS) 

Daniel Arribas goes 1-for-2 and drew two walks. (.233 avg, .804 OPS) 

Mitchell Tolman went 1-for-3 and drove in a run. (.244 avg, .669 OPS) 

Cole Tucker was 1-for-4 in his season debut for the Power.
