Mark Melancon tossed a scoreless sixth inning.
Cory Luebke made his Spring debut for the Pirates and threw a scoreless ninth.
Andrew McCutchen went 1-for-3 with a solo homer.
John Jaso collected two hits and drove in a run.
Michael Morse had a single, a walk and came around to score.
David Freese was 1-for-3 in his Pirates Spring debut.
The Pirates will be in Clearwater tomorrow to face the Philadelphia Phillies at 1:05 ET.
