The Pirates defeated the Atlanta Braves in Kissimmee today by a final score of 9-6. The game featured most of the Bucs top tier pitching prospects.
Tyler Glasnow went 1.2 innings, allowing two runs and walking three.
Jameson Taillon pitched two innings, as he gave up a home run and struckout a couple.
Steven Brault threw two innings while giving up a pair of runs.
Chad Kuhl allowed a solo homer in his two innings of work.
Trevor Williams pitched a scoreless ninth for the save.
Michael Morse was 1-for-2 with an RBI double.
Jake Goebbert had a two-run double.
Sean Rodriguez went 2-for-2 with a double and a stolen base.
Alen Hanson and Elias Diaz were also 2-for-2 and drove in a run.
Pedro Florimon collected two hits and had three RBI.
The Pirates will be in Bradenton tomorrow, as they will face the Houston Astros at 1:05 ET.
